Our Requirements:
As part of our safeguarding Policy all staff are vetted and DBS checked for suitability to work with children.
Our adult:child ratios comply with Ofsted standards for safety and good quality of care.
All staff are highly qualified with Child Care Level 3 as a minimum.
Our staff are committed to offering Your Child:
* The Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum leading to the early learning goals.
* The support of an individual key person.
* Opportunities for your child have parental involvement in the activities of the Pre-School which supports the child's progress.
* Staff continuity where possible and a daily routine to help provide a stimulating, safe and secure environment, in which the children learn and thrive.
